Formed on February 2, 2022, Yellow Heart Alliance, Inc. is a 501c3 tax-deductible, non-profit organization, committed to ending hope destitution in the United States by providing resources, training, and assistance to underserved and underrepresented communities.

Kevin Marshall
Kevin Marshall is a published author and business attorney. He is the managing member of The Marshall Law Group, LLC, where he represents clients in corporate governance, compliance, business formation, and litigation matters. Additionally, Kevin serves as a business law instructor at American InterContinental University. In 2022, Kevin was unanimously appointed by the Atlanta City Council to serve as a Commissioner on the City of Atlanta Human Relations Commission.
Attorney Marshall has litigated in front of the Supreme Court of Georgia and was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as “Top 40 Under 40” in Georgia. In 2021 and 2022, Kevin was recognized by the National Black Lawyers as “Top 40 Under 40” in the State of Georgia. He is ranked “Top 10 Under 40” by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
Attorney Marshall is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University, where he served as Student Body President. Kevin is a proud member of the Elizabeth City State University 40 Under 40 Society. After graduating from ECSU, he received his Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
Stephan Gater
Stephan has established himself as a passionate, dedicated, community-involved leader who is known throughout his community as one who gives back in as many ways as possible. Stephan was born in Denver and he attended Tuskegee University, where he earned two bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Management Science. In 2011, he graduated from Regis University with an MBA with an emphasis in Strategic Management. He now serves as Director of Account Strategy & Corporate Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

Joe Murchison
Joe Murchison is the Executive Creative Director of Another Cool Kid Creation!, LLC. The company specializes in creative consulting, producing and directing live performances, production finance, artist development, along with tour & creative direction. In his own right, Joe is a performing artist from Lawton, Oklahoma. He studied Kinesiology at the University of Central of Oklahoma where he also served as president of the Zeta Sigma chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Joe is a Line Producer for Esports Engine where he connects the physical and financial obligation for a production. Prior to this position, Joe was an accomplished performer, teaching artist, and arts administrator for the world renown dance company, Step Afrika! based in Washington D.C. For a decade, Joe had the opportunity to tour domestically reaching multiple 50-city tours and 47 countries, internationally, as a cultural ambassador.
Joe is currently enrolled at the Ohio Media School in the Radio and Television Broadcasting program. Next, Joe plans to further his love for performing and creative direction by producing and developing special projects with up and coming talent.
